Ensure all buildings and brand partner stores are operational and ready to use (Building Management).
Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout Jakarta Premium Outlets.
Ensure that all operational procedures are followed by third-party service providers, the company’s operations team, and internal employees.
Coordinate work with third parties such as cleaning service, landscaping, safety security, parking.
Ensure that all policies, regulations and guidelines within the Center’s operational areas are followed out by both operational team and brand partners.
Collect monthly performance data from third parties service providers for evaluation.
Requirements
High School Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Age between 18 to 25 years old.
Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
